John Dooley, M.D.

Dr. John Dooley is a board-certified vascular surgeon committed to providing expert, patient-centered vascular care. He specializes in both minimally invasive and traditional surgical interventions for arterial and venous conditions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for his patients.


Dr. Dooley graduated from Georgia Tech in 2005 with a degree in Biology before earning his Doctor of Medicine from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2010. He then completed his general surgery residency at Atlanta Medical Center in 2015 and went on to complete his vascular surgery fellowship at Greenville Health System in 2017.


Since joining Atlanta Vascular Specialists in 2017, Dr. Dooley has been a key member of the team, bringing a wealth of experience and a dedication to excellence in vascular care. Patients appreciate his thorough, compassionate approach and his ability to tailor treatment plans to their unique needs.


Dr. Dooley lives in Newnan, GA, where he enjoys the outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting.
